What is the difference between a sticker and a self-adhesive mural?

The main difference is the function of the decorations. Self-adhesive wall murals have small protrusions that facilitate installation and removal. This feature makes them perfect for large format prints. Stickers are in turn intended to decorate furniture, ceramic tiles, glass surfaces or smaller wall fragments.

How to care for a mural?

Our murals are printed on durable materials and can be cleaned with a soft, wet cloth. Avoid using detergents in order not to damage the design. Mural panels can be laminated to be waterproof. You can select that option while placing your order.

What glue should I use?

We recommend using glues which are specifically designed for a given type of wall mural. You can order glue together with your wall mural. You will be given that option on your shopping cart page.

Is our ink safe for health?

Yes! The HP inks that we use to print our products have the Ecolabel certificate. We use water instead of toxic solvents. All our products are odourless, they don’t release any harmful substances and are fully safe for health. Our products do not contain nickel.

How to file a complaint?

You can write to us at contact@myloview.com. Describe the situation and send us photos of the product. Do not forget to include your order number in the email.

How long do I have to wait for my complaint to be processed?

All complaints are processed within 14 days.

What to do if the product I was delivered is damaged?

Draw up a damage protocol in the presence of the delivery person. If a damage protocol is drawn up after a product has been delivered it may result in your claim being rejected. Contact us at contact@myloview.com and describe the situation. Do not forget to include scans or photographs of the damage protocol and the damaged product.

How to return a product?

How long do I have to wait to receive my money back?

After a return or a complaint have been approved, the money will be transferred back to your account within 14 days.

What to remember during the installation of a wallpaper?

Before installation, it is important to familiarize yourself with the instructions provided with the ordered wallpaper. We also recommend not to mount self-adhesive stickers or photo wallpapers on surfaces covered with washable paints, which may decrease the adhesive ability of the glue.

How to adjust the dimensions of a product?

Type in the desired width and height of the product in centimetres into the empty boxes next to the product design. Next, crop the image. Keep in mind that the shaded area will be outside the frame. Can I change the colour of a chosen design?

Yes! You just need to describe the desired changes in detail in the additional remarks box (in your shopping cart). Before completing the order, we will contact you to confirm your choice.

Can I order a wall mural made from my own photograph?

Of course! We can use your photos to print wall murals, canvas prints, posters or stickers. The minimum required resolution for photographs is 1000x1000 pixels. You do not have to worry about your privacy - your photographs are only used for the purposes of completing the order. They are never shared or stored in a database.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

The order is realised immediately after processing the payment. Within 48 hours your product is passed on to the carrier, ready to be delivered to the designated address. Our products are delivered to many distant parts of the world, which means that the waiting time may vary slightly. Rest assured - you will receive an email upon completion of every stage of delivery.

How are the wall murals delivered?

Our wall murals are divided into panels. The width of the panels depends on the size of the decoration. The average width of one panel is between 95 and 133 cm and its height is equal to the height specified in the order. The panels are packaged in protective tubes.
